Account dont work anymore.

Hi all,

I have a problem with 3 or 4 of my accounts
the problem is that i cant login anymore ervery time
Id or Pw wrong. i just dont play 2 or 3 weeks crossfire and then
i want to play and it dont work .

Can somebody help me i want play with the account. : (

    I'm assuming that you're on an alternative account right now. Are you sure that you typed in the correct login information for those accounts? Double check, triple check, and if it still doesn't work, follow these steps:

    -Log out of Z8Games
    -Somewhere on the top right hand corner, there should be a link that says "Lost LoginId/Password/Security Answer?".
    -Click that button.
    -Type in the registered email address for any one of those lost accounts.
    -An email should have been sent to that email you just typed in, giving you steps on restoring/retrieving your Z8 account.

    Good luck :) Remember, never share any important information related to Z8Games to anyone, Z8 staff will never ask for info like that except in support tickets. Have a good day.

    Ok thank u for the answer but i had just 1 problem
    i dont know the email of the acc cause i get the acc from a friend.

    But cant i ask a GA to look what the PW is , if i say him what the Id is??
    or something like that?

    Hope somebody can help me ...

    Sorry, But it doesn't work like that. You will have to ask your friend what the email was.
    Otherwise people would gain access to accounts that weren't theirs.

    This is exactly why account sharing, selling, trading or giving away is prohibited...

    You should only use accounts you make and keep the information safe.


    Noone can help you get the accounts back since you cant prove you own them.

    i want say just 1 tihng.
    I dont have 10 account to play with all
    i have 10 accounts because if i dont play 2 weeks
    1 is away than i had to do a new 1 ist was i think my
    7 or 8 acc that i do to play .

    I just think thats **** that after 2 weeks a acc was banned or away...
    u just cant play then anymore.

    No.. you can leave an account idle for 2 weeks.... it wont get banned.


    You just lost the accounts by your own means...
