Cannot Gift ZP via GoCashCard?

contact support and they should try and fix the issue, if they cant then they will probably ask you for the card number and manually add it into there database and put the zp into your account.

Guys i have a problem i sent 2 sms and i dont know where to enter the code. can you help me ?

You click on deposit z8 points, then click on prepaid card, then gocashcard, then buy as gift under the price & zp you want. It then asks you to select which game, metin or Crossfire, then enter the name of the person you want to gift to. You hit submit & it brings up a normal zp buying screen like if you were gonna buy it for yourself. There is definitely a technical prob with that part of the mall.

I messaged tech support, they told me to message billing which I did & waiting to hear back from them still. I told them if they cant help then Im willing to just buy 50,000 zp for $42 to my own account & they can just manually deduct the zp from my account & then manually transfer the zp to my clan members names I give them. I know they can do that with peoples accounts as theyve done it for me before when there was yet another glitch with their items in the mall.

So hoping theyre willing to accomodate. Under the circumstances, being as I actualy still want to give them $ & since it is for xmas gifts for my clan members, something better be done else im going to be very ****ed.
