21 Ribbons And no custom crystal

Hy..i have 21 ribbons from about..2 h..and i don`t get the custom crystal,i have the ribbon named: my ribbons are made of crystal..but no m4custo crystal...please..why i don`t get it >.<?

If you received the My Ribbons Are Made Of Crystal ribbon today, you will receive your permanent M4A1 Custom Crystal within the next two days.
