Cannot Download CF

Hi,
Everytime CF does an update, i always have a problem. So i have uninstalled the game but when am trying to download the new version of CF i get this message:

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at download.g4box.com.

Tried all mirrors on west coast and east coast same message i get.
Then i use the alternative download links,it did let me download but then i get this message

Your client is old version
Re-install the latest game client

or what can i do next!!!!!
