Can't Install Crossfire

So I was getting xtrap errors which wouldn't allow me to play Crossfire and it told me to reinstall crossfire. So i uninstalled crossfire, when I went to reinstall it wouldn't let me, I try to install but the install client gives some error that says please close client. Any clue what this is? or how to fix it?
