Predictions and Frustrations
Troll Moment: I see the future.... It involves tons of CF players constantly crashing and dc'ing until January.
On Topic: I haven't been able to get on Cross Fire since I was on vacation but since the 16th, when I finally had an opportunity to turn on my PC and play with a better ping. Not 5 minutes in, I get stuck trying to change to a different channel in a server. Not only did I get stuck, I got dc/d completely out of Cross Fire.. Then I re-logged back in and tried to play a game... You guessed it, first game and my game crashes at the loading screen... Every 5 minutes or so, Cross Fire finds a way to dc me...
Knowing this staff, it will most likely be a while 'til they patch this with a band-aid from the dollar store with the adhesive wearing off before it was taken out of the box. Just so we can play a few days or possibly a week, then a next content patch will come just to tear off that band-aid and end up having to wait again for the devs to figure out what they did wrong this time..
How I know that this will be the issue? Because z8games/smilegate have done a great job ruining their reputation. Probably, the fastest patch problem they were able to solve was when we had that flash grenade = dc problem. They never really fixed the loading problem last month or so 'til a week or a week and a half before the next patch which as you see now, did jack-squat because we have the same exact problem yet again but this time, it's actually worse...
The game itself is great. It's just the people who are making the codes and the people who can't seem to not have by-passes that really made this game practically unplayable. But we still need them and for that, Cross Fire EN will continue to suffer for most likely as long as it is available..
Cross Fire the game itself: 8/10
SmileGate, company that makes the codes: 5/10
X-Trap, has it's moments but after a few days it's cracked..: 6/10.
Just my little rant.. Do whatever you want with it...

i agree 1000% this is a pizz poor community .Every patch is a disaster .Here is a thought forget the patches and get a real 100% working anti cheat this eliminates the kick vote, that is SO abused and make the game work correctly like any other game i have played in the past 16 years.

its the community that sucks not the game.
I am a decent player and I usually play in TDM's so kick voting usually isn't an issue.. But I can't even navigate the servers without getting dc/d.. Forget getting into a game itself.. Name me one SmileGate representative that accesses this forum and gives some insight as to what's going on? My answer: never. It's always Saiden or some other MOD that tells the community what's going on. So not only is SG far away physically, but also in terms of being active within the communities.
How many times have people confused Z8games with being the designers of Cross Fire?
If SG really, honestly cared what's going on in this game, everyone (except trollers n such) would know that SG are the designers and not Z8.
Not only could I not play CF in December of last year due to some sort of ping problem but also I can't play this December because the devs screwed up..
I know I'm not usually like this but enough is enough.. It's bad already that I have to use twice the amount of bullets needed to kill 1 person even though my ping is under 100, it's bad enough that in every game you go into, 90% of the room cant speak english and have a ping of 150+, it's bad enough that if I stare at a wall the wrong way, I get dc'd.. I don't need to get dc/d every 5 minutes because the devs cant figure their way out of a paper bag... -

right bro I'm sick of getting kicked by people just for getting a few good kills on nubs, nubs cry then u get kicked like your the problem..nubs just can't understand that u can play by sound.. 90% of my kills are from listening to nubs run around, and i get kicked so often it's sickening. Fixing the h4cks would be good but they refuse. When zp sells go down h4ck sells go up, well u do the math. I'm just sick of getting kicked so often it takes 4 times as long to get a daily mission done due to h4ckers getting kicked and the fail ''loading screen freeze on the ''us north'' servers. something else they refuse to fix. why fix what in their minds isn't broken. revenue is revenue to some, who cares how u get it.
