Event Rewards [PLEASE READ]
Did you do the event tasks for today? Are you about to post a thread demanding why you haven't received your reward yet?

If you've completed the tasks for one of the 12 Days of CrossFire events, on time, it is recorded onto the system. Meaning, you will get your reward the following day, or the day after that.
If you've waited two days after completing the tasks for one of the days of the event, send a support ticket to Z8 Staff here: http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
Your ticket should be categorized as: CrossFire->Complaints
Please be respectful, polite, and provide them with as much information you can so that they can make sure that you have completed the tasks for a day of the event.
Please refrain from posting anymore threads about this as you will just get the same answer every time, which is: Be patient and wait until tomorrow.

Man I wish I had the willingness to help out, but I'm not wanting a spam infraction to be constantly repeating myself, so I leave it to the able MODs to close em or delete em.

I don't think it's a matter of people reading his thread. They just need to understand what they are reading. And if they had enough knowledge to actually think for themselves, threads like this wouldn't need to be made.
I needed to make a point to people. I've been around Technical Support the whole day today, I saw around 15 threads made about "Not getting rewards". -
If they would just remove the error message saying to contact customer support (or however it was worded), then half the problem would be gone. Putting in a message that says, "Please wait up to 24 hours for your prize to be handed out," would solve the rest.
I haven't had a problem getting any prizes. Once I reach the requirements, I click the event on the event page, and then click it again for the reward confirmation. It's very simple, but people are constantly missing that step. -

just 1 thing for all of people who read this who complain about the not getting the rewards(i m going the off topic so this doesnt have anything about your topic hesitate)
I saw many people say omg i finished the event and my reward didnt come.I saw even on ingame people say that.When i say did you go on event page they start to say:
wtf there is no event page we get it automaticly!

If you allready finished it.Press it 5 times if it needed just to make sure that server register it.So dont complain at all that z8games is stupid that they didnt reward you(if you didnt press that link above)

Oh well I dont want the AK knife ADV I just wanted to get the M66 but this is a strange case and I'm not complaining. I did this event about 2 hours ago waited and then came back to it and when I clicked on it this popped up below it: Sorry, error occurred when operate database, please contact us. What is this suppose to mean? I dont even really care I just like M66.

Happened to me, waited a few hours. Fixed.
Also, I finished today's task, waited 1-3 hours. Checked my storage, and my X-mas Axe was there. Honestly, it's just a couple of hours of wait. Really no reason to panic. -

That is wrong. In my case these records are missing for some reason. The support staff already told me that.
If you did the task and it wasn't recorded, then it was probably you losing connection with the server, causing failure in recording it. -

As long as you did the 5 GM games before midnight today, which was 4-5 hours ago, you should have received your prize within 5 hours usually.
If you haven't received it after 48 hours, then you'll need to send a support ticket.
FYI, I got my X-mas Axe within 3 hours of finishing my last GM game. My prize is usually sitting in my storage after the event page tells me that the task was completed. -
As said by Hpx and Saidin, the event's page is just a visual indicator... nothing's changed like in the past where you have an event and if you complete it you'll get the reward(s).
The only difference this time is that we can "check" on our progress to completion.
If you met the requirements of the event prior to it expiring, then you will get the event's reward in 24-48 hours time. Just like old times.
The event's page, if you used that route, can reward you more instantaneous than waiting the 24-48 hours deal.
I had the event page up while I was doing my 7th day event, and after I logged out, I was still logged in on the forums. Though it was still past midnight EST, I did not refresh the page and was able to continue checking the 7th event's progress... which told me I played 6 games. I then clicked it again and it gave me the congratz message along with the instructions to log ingame to receive your prize. And I got that beautiful axe right then and there.
