Have you tried downloading a fresh copy of the game?

Download the CF downloader. Run that, and allow it to download the actual setup.exe file and readme text.

I think the version that should be read on the setup.exe should be 1082.

If you're feeling too lazy, I did upload the setup via megaupload. It's your choice to download it or not.
