why the cross fire doesnt give to me the axe?

i succes the event mission, and a friend too, the cross fire gives the axe xmas to my friend but not to me, i succes the mission at 4 am and im waiting 12 hours and nothing, and my friend succes the mission at 3 pm and the game gaves to my friend the axe 30 min after he succes the mission... why good!!! tell me why!!??
