The only threads that get deleted are those threads that break the ToS and the Forum Rules of Conduct. Even then we never permanently delete a thread, all threads are soft deleted meaning they are removed from public eye and post count, however can still be accessed by forum staff.
We answer all the questions we can from our users understanding that most of the time the question is asked with actual curiousness. However, sometimes we do ask that you instead search using the search feature ad there are some questions that we have answered multiple times in great length.
If there is a specific thread you are wondering about, you can private message a moderator with the creator's forum name and ask why it was removed. Like I said, we still have access to every thread/post created on the forums even if the public cannot see them.
I am not quite sure what exactly you are referencing to, so I'm sorry I can't elaborate onto your question more, however I hope you understand somewhat more now. -
Threads are closed at Moderator's discretion. We are here to enforce the forum rules. We do however let many more threads be open than should out of understanding that they could go somewhere useful.
If a thread is closed, they broke a rule. When you sign up for an account with Z8Games you agree to follow these rules, and if the content created from a thread does not abide by these rules, we take action as necessary.
If you feel a thread was unjustly closed/deleted/move, you need to private message the staff member who did it. If you do not know who did it, you can private message any moderator and he can tell you who did the moderation act on that specific thread.

We have answers spread out in various threads.
The events and even page should be working as normal. If you're not getting a prize then there could be an error either with your account or with the page. We have to determine this over time. Our tech staff have to support the entire game. Not just your account.
We're looking in to it. For example, we have already found 2 accounts of people complaining about not receiving the prize for the grenade kills. We looked in to their accounts and they did not meet the requirements. (FYI team kills do not count as grenade kills!) -

Any player can have a say in what they think, along as it follows the forum rules. We will not close/delete a thread for criticizing the game, in fact, we enjoy reading well thought out and well written critique about the game that we can pass on to the developers.
However, saying things like "This game is [insert f-bomb here] stupid. [Insert rage spam here]." Is not a valid critique and does get the thread moderated and the user infracted.
There is a difference between posting something useful, and just spamming saying "This game sucks". Saying "This game sucks." does not tell us why you think so, nor brings an intellectual discussion to the thread.
And no, buying ZP does not make you a legal customer of the game. If you had bought the game in order to play it, you would be considered a customer, however there is many legal factors I could get into explaining why buying ZP does not make you a "customer of this game". You can find some well written responses on why that is so from some other current and previous moderators. -

Double posting on this to emphasis my point.
There are TONS of posts almost in every forum telling people that the event rewards will be handed out and that if you did not receive it via the event page then you should try waiting 24 hours and you should get your rewards (provided you met the requirements).
Coming here opening up 1 of 100 threads on the same subject because you feel that your thread should be heard and the other 99 should be ignored is not the way to get an answer. You should post in appropriate threads and add information. If you have a problem then the more information you can provide the faster and better we can solve it. Otherwise we're flying blind.OMG My Computer isn't working!!!!! The answer to this problem is "Have you tried turning it on?"As you can see, with this example the information provided was incredibly vague. So the answer you get is equally as vague.
