but in game its nowhere to be seen.

If you have completed all the requirements for the event, it is logged onto the system. The event isn't even over yet, be patient and wait until tomorrow, which is when the prizes for today's 5 GM games will be handed out.

If you don't get your prize within 2 days, send a support ticket here: http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
The ticket should be categorized as: Crossfire->Complaints. Remember to be polite.

I did not receive my red smoke granade yet, should I make a complaint too ?

Wait until tomorrow. Then send the support ticket regarding your missing Red Smoke Grenade.
