Strong language support ticket sent from my account.
Some friend of mine when he was teamviewing me, I went to bathroom and he sent two support tickets swearing the GMs. I heard people could be banned for that. Suggestions? I`m going to send another support ticket tomorrow saying what happened. Hopefully this will help. Tell me if i`m wrong.;)

Notify support again saying that what happened was an accident, and happened spontaneously. If the staff are feeling forgiving, they would overlook it. Possibly.
On a second thought, you should be fine, as I'm sure that millions of customers curse out support daily. -

This isn't a tech issue, more likely for barracks next time. You'll probably get the same responses there... along the lines: Why did you leave your computer with a friend teamviewing...
Not trying to sound hostile, but there isn't much of a solution, besides replying to those tickets to get them to get discarded.
