Why actually , i send 2 repport per day to GMs and even i didn't receive the answer , listen me GMs , i play this game from 3.5 years and now i have a colonel char i bought about 1000 zp, and from 27.11.2011 i can't enter the game after this patch when i try to log in it says , you can't access the test server , normally when your account it's banned , it says this message but i never used any hack from sergeant and in support page i haven't any information about this problem , i can log in on forum , i can do surveys , i can buy zp , but i can't log in the game , please send me an Private message about this problem , and if i used any hack show me the video or ss.Repair this problem as soon as possible.It's impossible omg you block the players without reason.
