Send a support ticket at http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
The category that I would send it in is Account->Account Administration. Clarify your problem there, retrieving your security answer should be your main priority.
The method above should work, if it doesn't go to that same webform page, but send the ticket in Crossfire->Technical Support. On a side note, don't post threads on issues like these here on the forum. You will be redirected to Support anyway.
