i just registered a new acc and when i tried to log in the game it saids that i live in the wrong region i live in belgium how can i solve this problem?

That means that you live in a region who's not alowed to make new acc's on cf.
(its in Europe, you should ask someonne in a allowed country, like the UK to log in on youre acc, than its done.)

Or play on CF europe, (sucks)

You are living in the Red Zone, which has been IP restricted to not allow any new accounts to be created.

Sorry, but as killerik9 says, you will have to play CF Europe.
