i think, you can't prove what you're a account owner. So - be ready to make a new account. IMHO

When you send a support ticket trying to retrieve a lost account, you will be required to provide at least two pieces of information.

Such as:
Transaction details of a recent ZP purchase.
Account creation date.
First password of the account.

There are many more, so go take a look at it here http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx and see if you could give support at least two pieces of info. If you do, your account should safely be in your possession again.

Remember to NEVER give ANY information to ANYONE about your Z8 account, and do not download any programs from third party organizations, as they may have keyloggers in them, to prevent and issue like this from happening again.
