    Go to: C:\Program Files\Z8Games\Crossfire\XTrap
    Delete the Xtrap.xt file.
    Then restart CF, it should auto-recreate the file. Hopefully that should work. If the problem shows up again, post a whole screen SS that includes Xtrap error message in the middlle, and the purple XTrap box in the bottom right corner.
