I did not get my ZP two days ago

I made purchases using somtrices by cashu and i received confirmation from cashu but i did not get my ZP Till now and that was two days ago.
I contacted somtrices but they never answer me.
Please i want to get my ZP. here is the Transaction Details :

1) Never post transaction details.
2) If Sometrics confirmed your purchase, it should be fine. Only contact Z8 Games Support if Sometrics directed you to.
Sometrics never answer me.i think they just happy to steal my money
I do not know what to do now. I work hard to get this 50 U.S and now i lost every thing. This is stupid :S -
They will respond in 1-2 business days usually. Be patient, they're a legal business company, they would never "steal" your money.
Actually yea they would. Look at their survey's past history... not too bright.

I'm talking about official "money up front" transaction, not surveys for free Z8 points. -

What I Would Do In This Situation Is Submit A Support Ticket By [url="http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx]Clicking Here[/url] & Provide as much details about your ZP Transactions and when you bought the ZP Ect. Z8Games Should take it all into consideration and find out what's been going on.
This has never happened to me but hopefully you will get your ZP of What You Payed For.
