Black Market blank

when i go to the black market, i can see all the names of the crates on the left side. however, when i click on the names, i end up with blank squares (where the crate items are supposed to be).

Also, i had 2 gatling guns crates, so i tried to use them, but when i spin them, all i get are the blank boxes. help please!
