They are working on the database, relax each click on the button is counting the # of games played. check again in a few hours.

It's only problem with results of the database query.
Just wait and be patient :P

I just got my Gatling crates, I went to the Events page and it said: "Congratulations on completing the event goals. You may now log in to the game to claim your prize."

The Gatling crates were not there 5 minutes before, so it seems you must go to the Events page and click on the "Check Reward Status" button to receive your reward.
