Crate Weapons going to malfunction once bought.

Hi. This question is to anyone that knows but more directed to the game moderators. I was wondering why my account does this to all the weapons I get from crates. Especially the 7 day ones. Once I get them they automatically go to malfunction and takes 2500 GP to repair. This problem has been on going for many many months. And just now did I decide to report this problem. My account name is warren1013d. Please help anyone!
