You're going to have to send in a support ticket AS WELL as contacting paypal's customer support. You will need to understand how you came to the chargeback and know how much you owe. That's on paypal side.
With the Z8 ticker, you should reconfirm that it is indeed a paypal chargeback. Also know that you will need to pay a $10 fee to G4Box/Z8Games to have the account unblocked.
There is a guide around here. Do a Search for "chargeback" posted by "[MOD]Talonblaze" within advanced search. I'm on an iPhone at the moment, so can't really take the time to do it myself.
