Room loading errors

Half of the time i go into a room it loads about 95% and it just stops loading. After a few minutes it goes black and back to the lobby. I usually go in Alpha sever and I've been going into Port Search and Destroy alot but it does it for other matches too. I have either xm8, m16a2, desert eagle or AWM in my bags. Please help it makes me so mad and i get off for a while.
