How is it possible to complete these events with all of the loading problems?

I know that it is a pain for foreigners to follow along to a particular time zone.

    :(

    But try nonetheless?
I've done 4 events through all these DC's... it's just a matter of perseverance. :)

    Foreigners?

How are Americans foreigners to you? You claim to be from Texas...? I swear the average user age of these forums must be around 8 years old.

Also, perseverance? A player shouldn't be forced to open and close the client multiple times just to complete one game.

I'm not mad but what's the point of new content when you can't use it because you're constantly being dc/d?

I know they know it's a problem but it's not a rare problem either.. It happened before so they know how to fix it.. What they have to do is prevent it from happening ever again.
You can't honestly think just because a problem is fixed, it's never going to show up again..

If they knew how to fix it, it would be fixed. They also wouldn't be asking for information here: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=187872 to try to fix it.
And the client freezing on the loading screen forever has never happened before.

These people make plenty of money. In any other situation, a non-satisfactory product would be scrutinized, and the person responsible reprimanded. I'm just saying, everyone is like 'oh well if you don't like it don't play it' nb4generalization

If the main clientele were not essentially children, this game and its owners would have been out of business several years ago.

What does them making "plenty of money" have to do with how they run their game?

Honestly, they can't just snap their fingers for a fix. They don't outsource coding when they run across a problem.

This game was patched Wednesday, right? That's 2 days afterwords to work on the problem. It's the weekend. If I'm not mistaken, everyone at G4 works 9-5's M-F (If not, they have probably been working on the problem all weekend).

You can't criticize them when there is no information, and there has never been any information on how they are/have been working on this issue, or any issue in the past.

Also, coding can't be perfect, and there are ALWAYS going to be issues, especially with patches like this.

When I mean foreigners I meant any person living outside the region of US/Canada, where this game started its roots. Basically everyone else.

If I am 8 years old, then how can I be allowed to participate these forums and the game without violating the Terms and Conditions? -.- (that was a joke there). Thanks for the little cute comment though, I like to retain youth though I am not young no more.

Nobody is forcing it upon you to continue playing through bad times, but really it's your choice to see it all the way through. Consider these loading errors as little obstacles.

You seem to have a pretty pessimistic point of view. Will it hurt you too much to have a teeny weeny little bit of optimism? Or are you all consumed with rage at this recent bug that you are taking it out on others?

Why exactly do you spend so much of your time here? I always see you posting, and you rarely, if ever, actually help anyone, though it seems like you think you're helping. Did some moderator somewhere make you mad when you were younger and now you try to act like one here?
  • You keep trying until you get in a room that doesn't spit you out. Worked fine for the six missions I've done so far.
  • This game hasn't been out long enough to say "when you were younger" in my opinion.
Most of MY help was redirecting people to proper threads to look into when they have their CF problem. If people didn't find the right solution, they would have said so and I would try to help them in another manner, usually ending up telling them to send in a support ticket when the problem becomes too complex.

I chose to come to these forums, for now my reason is that I'm on vacation and so not wish to be outside, too cold for my taste, but not cold enough to ski (ironic).

My help is as mysterious as how joker got so small on my avatar.... ._________.
    ^lame joke^

You said you were no longer young, and I asked if a moderator SOMEWHERE angered you when you were younger. This isn't the only game/forum out there, my friend. Also, I have personally witnessed your high post count for several months--who has a multiple month vacation because I need that type of job.
  • This is only 1 of a few forum boards I've ever been on, and pretty much I've settled on this one. I've got spare time, is that bad that I've spent it on this board?

I'm a college student, on vacation at the moment. Usually I'm assigned light homework, easily done within the hour.

Tell me a bit about yourself then? How old are you? What's your line of work? And where are YOU from? :)

21 and my classes are are usually mornings. I'm more of an afternoon-late night forumer. Now on vacation I can be on the mornings as well -.-

    Good day Mr. Igotem :)

    Wow. Just wow.
  • This is annoying.. In every 10 game i try to get into, i get the loading error in 6.. I actually had it 5 times in a row yesterday... Then I just shut the game down and went for a beer.. :D
  • Only had to restart 15 times today, getting bether, was 35.... Yeah
  • For me it seems I get stuck at the loading screen whenever I try to start a game within a 15 minute window. For an hour or so it'll work fine, but then for 15 minutes straight I simply can't play. Almost seems like the servers are limiting bandwidth available for this game.

Yes, it does get annoying. At that point in time, I just choose not to play and move on to something else to do in my life.

What this guy said. Even if it means playing some old school Splinter Cell which helps me with being crafty and sneaky anyways.

those guys are stupid can't even do a patch right.

You think so? Wow, who would have thought? :)

I heard that you have a lessor chance to get ur game frozen if you enter a game that no one else is entering at the exact time try it out!

Talk about morons... he's Canadian too... maybe we have a "lessor" chance of failing if we'd actually go to school...
  • even with those loadinge errors is easy to complete the events, it just takes more time....
