It appears you need a new computer lol, Windows xp is pretty old I don't know why people are still using it since there's already a windows 8 in the works which isn't very good btw judging from the developers preview its made more for tablets... Anyway your problem is your computer, if it's a desktop try more ram and a graphics card? or just buy a new computer since they are very cheap these days
