client errors!

Hey have a lot of client error code 24_1 too hope you fix them can't play its so annoying, almost always appears at the end of the game!So hope you can help!

Its the Inclines / Ramps / Slopes in maps that do it, you can last just fine as long as you dont run over them.

If you get these errors can you provide us with some details about what you were doing when you saw the error and experienced the crash?

Additionally in the /reports/ folder of your CF files there are .dmp files. If you can provide the file that was created when you experienced that error we can work with the devs to have it fixed quicker!

I get error 24_1 9 out of 10 I play the new ZM map, please fix it I cant finish the event today and the mission, it appears after the same few minutes I enter the game

and how are we supposed to send the .dmp filesfiles to you? Copy and paste in a thread? I can't send it in a ticket support so please advise. Thanks

I"m only getting when I use the new weapon. I used by old bag played a whole match. Switched to the bag with the new weapon and I get the 24_1 error about 1-2 minutes in. varies in the time before it kicks in though.

Would you like for us to upload those in a .zip or .rar folder? I have pretty much no idea which report which would help me with these loading bugs or errors.

Fix your game please

everybody is getting stuck on the loading screen [when loading a match] after the christmas update. its getting really annoying, please fix it.

This is so irresponsible. We pay the money and time to play this game. There's a big problem in the game and it is violating our rights. All z8 can say is send us the problem? We already tell you the problem, now you have to find out what's wrong, not us.

the 24_1 error happens every time you walk up the ramp going a at GR base on labrotory with the new colt m16 gun did it 5 times to make sure it wasnt a one off, got it on video if you would like to see even though it seems so easy to replicate.

Client error is when u glitch in a map, i u go through a wall or something what isnt a map, like a metal handle or any small thing, so try to stay possible from ppl pushin u or glitchin in boxes or walls

Don't use female chars with the new weapon. That will fix it.
