I want to play crossfire now!

i have already made 2 threads and this is the third! im not getting any replys but please help me out!

I try opening crossfire from my desktop but every time i even attempt to open it it comes up with an error saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, paith, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
I've been playing crossfire before and this just appears what do i do?

(i have tried uninstalling and installing) the same message appears
And i use windows 7

Try running as administrator

Try opening it directly from the Z8games directory:

I.E follow this path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire

then right click select patcher_cf and run as administrator.

The patching window came up and it goes goes away in like 1 second so crossfire still doesnt open up, (i havent downloaded the latest patch)
