CrossFire no sounds of gunfire

I am not able to hear sounds of gunfire in CrossFire, just sounds of Radio, Duble kill ... Multi kill, wanted a solution to this problem
Sound option in the game's all right 100, plus I can not hear the sound of gunfire ..
