contacting a gm in game
Where can I go for Z8games support?
The link for SUPPORT can be found at the top of the Z8games homepage.
Our Support site is completely dedicated to Z8games. The Support section caters to billing and technical issues.
If you are looking for in-game support, simply log into the Z8game you are playing and contact a GM. The FAQ section for each game should identify how to go about contacting each individual games GM.
The support section also provides contact information for Z8games support staff. Send us a detailed email of your problem and we will provide an answer within the next 1-2 business days.
sooooo how about it..... how do we contact a gm in game or a mod or anybody that can give us support on anything within 5 days..... the daily mission wont reset and that kinda really needs to be addressed asap otherwise whats the point of putting in awesome new guns only available through daily missions!?!??!?!?!
whats with the constant game errors and loading problems that everyone is having?
stop releasing stuff.
start fixing stuff.

LMAO you cant contact a GM in game because they dont hardly ever play and if they do its not in the servers we all do because they dont like to play with hak's -
they do play in regular servers, I have played games with them a few times. havent seen any real recent but I have seen them.
I would really like to see them create an IN-game support channel, like they did with the friends chat channel. this way there could be a faster response on some issues... Yes I know there are not a lot of mods but would be nice to see them in more games more often or better yet get some Unknown game alts and watch the Support channel and then go to some of the rooms and start instant banning some of these hacks that think they can get away with it cause not many people who say they are going to report ever do.
as to your problem with the daily mission not showing completed, I had that problem with China town last night, log off and back on and you should be able to complete it.
