A temporary solution that probably helps with freezing.
When you find a room then don't click "join" just yet. Wait a few seconds and see how people are joining, if most of them come in, have P next to their name and then disappear, it usually means that the room is bugged and you will get the freezing load bar, but if they can stay in game then you are free to try.
I am not sure if this method is an actual solution for this problem but for me it seemed to work.

Hey, Im doing it the same way now, it works.
But im worried about, that they havent fixed this error yet. -

What happens if everyone sees this thread and everyone decides to try it out and no one joins the game? -

This is just a temporary solution so you can play without getting your RAGE meter filled. Z8's complaint department probably already knows why this szhizz is going on so crying over it doesn't help, you can play without getting disconnected if you follow these kind tips

Nope, when you press ready at the same moment the host Joins the game you stay in the waiting room Ready like you were from the beginning.
Maybe there's this other bug that you are talking about too.
