Event weapon: the new sniper

so in the patch notes, it was said that the vsk-94 (silenced sniper) was gonna be given as a christmas gift event like the ak-knife adv

so what are the requirements to win this event gift?
i really dont want to miss it

you can get it from daily mission.
u have to complete 20 daily mission in one month
