I keep getting "Send Error Report"

Ok so when i go into a channel i allways get an error saying "Send Error Report" i have tried reinstalling but it wont work for me it wont happen if i am in a game or in the server lobby only happens when im in the channel lobby is there anyway to fix this? Thank You.
