How to turn on my PM by editing options?

where is the option?

i tried to edit the folder of PM, but there is no such a thing about turning on or not.

the ha,ckers are ruining game.

i am trying to report some people who use ha,cks.

it is not an useless way to protect our game environment if everyone take some time to stop them from this!

but how could anyone report them before we can hardly find a way sending PM.
