i have never played a snipe game where someone hasen't said something like "KICK THE KNIFE NOOB" and when i say why they say its "its a snipe match, go to arena". its really annoying because its not against any rules...
Wow...it's you moose. You're famous for knifing in sniper matches, apparently.
I usually have no problem dealing with knifers, good target practise, but I suggest to you to buy a sniper FIRST then go into a SNIPER-ONLY match.

u complain about knifers in sniper match's but ive not once ever heard a complaint about knifers in pistol only match's.... you wanna know why this is?
because in pistol match's u have faster fire and moer accuracy at closer range....

FACT! if a knfier comes near u in a sniper match pull out ur knife, pwn him, continue sniping.... simple...
(disslikes snipers who complain about knifers, and no im not a knifer, i very rarely play sniper only match's, more of a ghost moder so no stupid responces to this lol ty)

Its not illegal just incredibly bad sportsmanship and proves you have no skill as a sniper. People who knife in sniper mode are just sad little people who are angry because they cant snipe. A brain dead chimp can knife in a sniper match which should tell you your play level. -

I can snipe better than most, but I still knife in sniper only matches. Mainly because if I sniped exclusively everyone would BAWWW twice as much as they do when I knife-rush like a noob. Im sure this is the case for a lot of people here.
Also, when I have to reload my AWM and/or you are in knifing range, it's kill or be killed. Sorry for killing you.
A big part of sniping (not the camping kind) is being unexpected and predicting where enemies will show up, especially for people like me with poor reflexes. If someone proves they can outmaneuver you by knifing you in the back it probably means that they win in this department. Along with practicing quick-scopes and snaps, learning how to surprise people makes you a better sniper. So, in a way, the knifers are practicing sniping too =P

This I find incorrect. If I kill five people, and then some guy pops around the corner and starts shooting at me while I'm reloading, I'm not going to give him several seconds of free time to kill me. I'm going to pull out my knife and stab him in the face, reload, and keep fighting. What's wrong with that?
And a brandead chimp would be unable to use a PC. I find it improbable that one could effectively play a game like Crossfire ;-) -
i got a good idea. if you want to knife in sniper match. there is Map called Arena which allow you to knife all you want. can we just shut this thread. i getting sick of this knifing in sniper match. can we just close this thread. Want to knife go to the Arena. there bunch of knifer. there call. mid-air knife, backstab knife, rush knife , etc. but seriosuly this is just bull. i hate this person make this thread.

Do you not read any of the opinions in this thread before making a total spam post of your raging? When they made the mode, you can use knives, axes etc along side with your sniper in it. thats that, now stop crying. -

Did you not read my opinions in this thread. And how did i total spam post of my raging ? i was saying can we just close this thread. Why so serious telling me to stop crying ? i don't see anyone crying expect you crying since everyone don't like you knifing in sniper match. beside i was raging with the creator of this thread. when did i raging with you ? when,how,where,what,why ? why you telling me to stop crying. i was just saying just close the thread and also this is kind of dumb too. -
I don't even keep a sniper rifle in my bags. One time I was playing with Blindrob and the second game started as Sniper Only. Seeing as how I didn't have the sniper rifle I decided to run around with the knife. It's funny how snipers weren't even paying attention to their surroundings. It was too easy to sneak up behind them and get a 'knife headshot'.

there is no reason why you should be able to knife in a sniper match
lets say you only have an M700 and everyone else has AWMS
you can either go for the pot luck headshot then try run to get the AWM before it dissappears OR you can run up and knife them
i seriously have no problem taking people out with my AWM when they try to come knife me
Snipers = Long range
Knife = Close range
have you ever had a match were you and a person are jumping around in a circle for like 5 mins because neither of you can hit with your dam rifle?
THAT is exactly why knives are allowed in sniper matches

i find totally stupid see a Sniper Match and join to use knife ._. and they say "sorry im not good at sniper match" then...
WHY DID THEY JOIN IF ITS SNIPER MATCH .
i find so annoying too the ppl that join the sniper match to knife ._. if you are out of ammo just go get a gun from a dead player or if you kill some1 and you are out of ammo just get the gun.
when i play sniper i die before my ammo is out xD -

I really don't see the problem with people knifing in a snipers match, and since I highly doubt they are going to remove knives from these types of matches, complaining about it wont do anything except to lower others opinions of you... (Probably wont matter to most but w/e)
Knifing in any type of match is fun, its all about the thrill of the hunt. Not only will you get the satisfaction of tracking someone down who could kill you with one pull of the trigger, it will also help you become a better player. If you are able to successfully sneak close enough to someone and knife them no matter what gun they are holding, imagine how much easier it will be to get kills being sneaky with a weapon. -
Honestly, when I run straight across the center of Monaco with only a knife and the 6 people on the other side fail to snipe me, and then I stab them all across the board, they deserve those knife deaths.
I don't see a problem with knifing in sniping matches, seeing as the majority if not all of those knifers only have M700s and a good part of them are only looking to hook themselves up with an AWM via corpse. And most of these knifers don't exercise any use of cover. They run straight at you.
Fodder. And if they're too close to you, noscope. And personally, when I find myself out of ammo and in CQC with another sniper or a knifer, I just whip out my knife and slash them to death before reloading. Better than trying to snipe because I suck at CQC scope-killing and my noscopes usually go wild and miss, even at point blank.
I don't see what all the fuss is about. To all those whiners, a knifer is all fine and dandy as long as they feed the sniper, but the moment they grab the kill, its QQ!
I got called a hacker today for consecutively sniping a dude running around exclusively with a combat axe. Whoopdeedoo. And I probably see the most chammers in Sniper only matches because then you can't switch weapons to outshoot the chammer, leaving you at their mercy. Just a few days ago I got called a chammer by a chammer. All I did was hear his footsteps, jump back (I was on the stairs as GR on Monaco), then noscope him while in midair.
