There is no software that makes your computer faster. The only way to speed up your system a little bit is to close all the running programs, installing a new one wont help at all.

Try using Malware or defrag and optimize your computer. It'll help some. But for the best results, just get a better computer.

Try this, press the windows key and R at the same time, the Run window should come up. now tip in msconfig and disable some of the crap you don't need. You can also open up your Task Manager and close crap you don't need.

Actually one thing you can do is download for free Game Booster 3. It actually works and helped raise my fps at max graphics to about an extra 20 fps. Example I had 40 frames per second at the highest graphics in crossfire and now I get about 60-70 fps with Game booster 3. Its free and works great
