Event Error Help!!

When i press the button to earn the reward of 25 grenade kills he says''Sorry,Error occured in database''
What can i do/!!!

Yeah for this error i lost the event of ghost...

I request this reward 4 hour ago, it says logg in game for get but didnt get already, why?
