IN_Game loading issue

It doesn't happen every time I go to get into a game but what I enter a game and its loading the map, it will freeze for no reason and I have to log off my computer and log back on to be able to do anything else on my computer (when i try to use task manager to end the game it will act like I'm in game when the screen is minimized). This has been happening since the newest patch and has never done it before the patch. Sometimes it will do this 5+ times in a row. How can I eliminate this issue?
