Why is all of the text in this game typed in Engrish?

Seriously, you know what I'm talking about. It's all typed up in Engrish. Any reason for this?

Like the Venice map description, and directions in-game. Specifically ghost mode. Also, several of the weapons used to have some nice Engrish, but I looked through and they must have fixed them. there has been multiple times over the past years where they spelled Halloween, Christmas, descriptions, and announcements wrong.

I believe the biohazard zm map has some good engrish in the little messsages you get as you progress. Also I think the map description has some as well.
