how do u feel when u play 4 nothing

im kinda sick of that croosfire error, i get it when im enjoying the most of this ...... game..U DID IT, U REPAIR IT BECAUSE,IM SICK OF U OF HAK..ER.S OF LAGGERS and NOW OF CLIENT ****ING ERROR ......I don't know if one of the moderators play this game but im sick after playng a ghost mode laboratory map in round 12 to get client error and my score my work my time spend there goes to drain....how would u feel after playing 20 min to get cf error and that work is going to waste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes it is, it prevents people from glitching into boxes and getting pushed through walls. With this number of posts, you should know that already.
  • Actually the major of client errors happen because your character model is where it shouldn't be. Such as in a wall. Technically the game engine is doing the right thing, disconnecting the person who's in a wall or breaching game locations. Before your blame the system, think of a few things, is the system really wanting to disconnect you? It's just doing it's job. We know it's frustrating, but most players disconnect once every, 20 games or so? I play the game, and I play it a lot, and I've only client error'ed once today, and that was because I ran through a wall [don't ask]. Before, you couldn't play one public match without finding someone glitching.
  • Yeah, I miss the elevator glitch where someone pushed you into a wall and you float up the building. :D

    This is my Alt, and as Hi stated, it disconnects you when your in a place that your not supposed to be in. And that you can get advantage over other people by being in that place.

    dmg zones should just be put back.

    In that new map I keep getting them and Im really no where near a wall.
    I could be in the middle of the room then I get it lol.

    ....I got client errored 4 times in 1 match yesterday... never mind 1 in 20 games xD hehe, I was not a happy chappy that game since I managed to claw back the Ace 2 times after erroring but then lost it at the end with another error rofl.

    But in all fairness it doesnt really happen that much I jsut had a very unlucky game that time xD

    The system is very effective, but also very flawed... I think damage zones should be added before client errors... there is many times in sewers when your team accidently push you into a wall... losing a few hp would be better than getting dc'ed from the game.. Don’t you think? Maybe client errors should be used when the enemy is out of range... i.e. behind the wall not when the characters left foot is in the wall... Just a thought ;)
  • What gets me? You get bumped into a wall: Error
    Why not spend more time on , lets say, shoot through wall hack: Error
    If they can make it for glitching walls, box, ect. Why not shots
    End Of the Spawn to Spawn hack.

  • I get them when I'm like in the middle of the map. ModHi, sooo, technically, my player model can't be in map nor in walls?
  • What exactly do you want from a free to play game?
  • Damage zones would have been a much better idea than disconnecting people for getting bumped into a wall very slightly.

    Even the glitcher learns their lesson when they just die in the wall instead of disconnecting thus not getting a death and easily rejoining the room to do it again.

    And if you get bumped into the wall all you get is 20hp drained and you can continue playing.
  • Really? well I get a client error just 2 minutes after joining a map. EVERY map. Not glitching not doing anything just shooting the other team out on the open and flat surfaced and yet another CLIENT ERROR. GRRRRRRR this is not a damage zone issue. It is a game issue. IT happens to me at work and at home so it is not a specific computer. This is an issue with the server not a glitch prevention duhhhhh

    i understand this but yesterday i got client just for running with my new m16a3 , no walls near and no box . I was dc like 7 times.. and then i change weapons and voila no error

    there's lagjump. I can go on roofs in eagle eye and go upon few boxes where noone could see me.

    so,fail. get CE every 3 matchs....

    alright then Hi how about the fact we get randomly pushed into boxes or walls now by other people (not on purpose)

    and now how we just move on a box now after jumping on it and sink into it and get a client error.

    and your telling me i cant blame the blame? fine ill just blame the people who host it and the people who are supposedly "doing their jobs" and making new content for the game where oh btw they don't actually fix many bugs they just give us more crap and break more things. gj.
