M16a3 / error at loading screen / file changed error please need help :(

i newly bought the m16a3 i get error in zombie mode when i use it

then later on when i tried joining at bio map in gm the loading Screen Got Stuck !

so ineeded to Alt + Ctrl + Delete
then the next time i tried i got this error called
C_ErrorCode:14001

i tried everything with changing files which was posted in the forum by an GM

stop cry since 24hrs i cant play and others ppl cant too and stop multi post and look around other post all of ur problems every1 had them its cf fail patch and they need solve it... and its giving penalty to every1 about event so i hope they will RESET EVENT! when they will after RESOLVED those problem with this patch...
