omg can someone please help. first of all the ticket support system page is down and im setting this topic up because IM NOT GETTING COPONS! ok i have 18 copons right now i just opened 5 D.E.camo crates I GOT 3 COPONS AFTER OPENING THEM ALL AND I DIDNT GET MY COPONS I STILL HAVE 18 AFTER OPENING THEM! sorry for cap lock but im a tad bit angry. this has happened in the past and im freaking angry! please fix this. the other items in the crate i got PERFFECTLY FINE! but not the copons. i got sg552 for 14days and a micro for 7 day as well green muzzle, flash gaurd, clan bag. they are in my storage but when i check on my copons STILL.......nothing but the same amount before i opened them. im like what the heck.

    To Crossfire, then Technical Support.

    In a more professional typing tone, please explain in detail what went wrong. More along the lines of:
    "I spun these 5 Desert Eagle Camo crates, won 3 coupons, Sg552 for 14 days, Micro-Galil for 7 days, X days of Green Muzzle flash, X days of Flash Guard, and X days of Clan bag.

    They were all accredited to my account, EXCEPT the 3 coupons. Can you please check to confirm that I indeed won the 3 coupons and to have them accredited to my account properly? Thank you"

    Obviously change out the X's for the approx. or exact number of days you won it for.

    Maybe include the relative time when you spun the crates (hopefully in EST) as well as the account's IGN, JUST IGN, NOT Login info.

    well thank you. at the time i put up the post the support system was down and not working. it's still not working for me i guess i'll try the loading up the system another time. maybe it's because of the holiday daily updates is why the game and site has been really glitchy/laggy. im starting to get really angry :(

    I'm able to access the web form easily as of now.

    I do not know how to help you in that stance... could be something with your browser maybe? :(

    also to tack on, you can find the exact time where you purchased the crates;
    look at your profile from the clan page, and where you see the tab "Weapons Owned", look right a couple of spots to see "Logs".

    From there, select the relevant log, in this case, GP Log.
