Event messup

Hey, I logged in several times at 7 est (I live in tennessee, america) and i never recieved my snowman mask. This is the SECOND time i have missed out on an event because it never gave me my reward. The first time was with the m66. Is there anyway i can receive my snowman mask? This is starting to make me mad..

From the event's page:

The Event Page Updates approximately once per hour. If you check your reward immediately after leaving the game it will not display properly. Please be patient.

Luckily, they extended the event's window so that we can check it even after it technically is over, from 7PM to 11:59:59PM

Well how can i still get mine... it still says "You did not login between the required event time."

If you logged in at 7-7:10PM EST then check again at around 8PM EST
