I Cant play Crossfire

Every time i open crossfire i get a send error report error message, and i can't even log in. Everything loads fine just when i hit the log in screen 5 seconds later it pops up, it also did before the update and it actually let me play after a few times of opening the client now all i get is this same error message. I cant log in or anything.

Please Staff and Members, do not refer me to uninstalling, deleting my z8games folder and clearing my temporary folder because I've done all these countless times and it's really annoying getting told to do the same things I've already done, that don't work.
