re-installed CF from file planet(only download site available from z8games website) and now when I try to launch the game it gives me this message..........

hes a tempoarary solution... Hit the crossfire icon once the little thing opens up where you hit start and what not open up a web browser watch a short youtube vid maybe 1:20 long and then close the browser then hit the start button it WILL WORK... Its not just about watching a vid i think its just about opening somthing else or just waiting a while to hit the start button.

You cannot auto-patch from the launcher? You have to see if it is downloading it, on the bottom left hand side of the launcher (aka the news window you see prior to hitting "start")
