Reagional Error Strikes Again After Patch

Before the patch every thing was normal but after the patch the '' Regional Error '' came again :S Im missing the events and ı was going to buy ZP for the crates but i wont buy untill the error goes away becouse ı dont want to spend my money and wait for 2 weeks to log in -.-
