@MODS and GM Support Need Assistance

Hi I actually have a problem with the support. I need to send a ticket because I chose Sl8 with my coupons. I want my coupon back because it was accidentely. I saw that I can recover my coupons if I send a ticket 48 hours before my transaction. But I can't send anything and I won't have back my coupons. Please help me for resolve my problem.

it wasnt an 'accident' you let someone else use your account and they bought it with the coupons. There was no need to make ANOTHER thread about this.

When I go to the support and click to Web form it do nothing

Yeah, problem is being sorted at the moment. Check in a few minutes.

You can open a ticket when its comes back up.

Yeah, come next week I'll be doing some stuff. Haven't thought really that far ahead yet though :P

Will probably do a larger give away like last year. Priority is getting these bugs tested and fixed though before anything.

edit:: the problem will be fixed shortly btw.
