any mod or gm answer me my account got blocked

i opened crossfire today to see the new patcher but the game didn't work i have downloaded the game again the i when i opened my account the game say to me hack tool detected
then the game was closed then i opened the game again the game say to me >your account have been blocked for 7 day

why????????????? i dont have any hack , i was instaling my skype only

why i was blocked , help me and please try to remove this block
