When i logged in the game and went to the official website to get the snowman hat, it said i didn't get it because i didn't log in at the right time, but i did log in at the right time, can you please do something about it.

well, mee to... I played 5 games on GM and logged in at the right time, but the page need some time to update the infos, THink about it: You, and some other 10000 players do the same thing, and it might get some time to update;)

how can you have logged in at the right time if that time hasn't passed yet? It's 2pm and 7pm est, it's only 6:11am o.o *scratches head
