problems with crates?post here

well in other games the mods read the post and answer them one by one, so maybe they will answer this one if we all post our crates problems here
i receive the monday tuesday and wednesday crates but not the other 2 days and the saturday ones and im sure i will not receive the sunday ones too, i have already waited 2 days for the thursday and friday ones but im not receiving them, is this a comon problem? or only me?

make sure u've played 2hours(killing and not lobby)
then make sure u've clicked gp crates

i only got 1 prob with crates....i got 12 crates so far (mo,tu,we,thu) but not for friday(yes i played 2 hours(no lobby))
as long as i get my 6 zp crates i dont care ^^'

w8 2days, u should get ur first zp crates on monday
saturday + 2 = monday
btw i haven't received my gp crate today and i'm sure i've played more than 2hours on friday xD

The announcement clearly states to submit a ticket if you still have not received your crates after two days. Posting on the forum will not get the matter resolved any faster. You can submit a ticket here:

Me either

I have yet to get my friday's GP crates, or saturday's GP crates. I played well over 2 hours killing and not just in the lobby. I dunno...maybe theyll pass em all out on monday? who knows..after all, it is crossfire, they are known for suprises.

Yeah, i have yet to get my Friday or Saturday crates GP and ZP, but like he said, as long as i get them, i dont care.
