Im a noob and i cant even play!!!

downloaded installer, installed the game, double clicked on the game icon, opening menu comes up and looks all good.....but.....

click on start game and this comes up...

run-time error 5
invalid procedure or argument

what the hell does that mean?!?! can someone help me out please?
